If you didn’t know that, this is your PSA! American Summer includes not only hand selected pieces to outfit you for every event, surrounding summer and the 4th of July; it also includes a plethora of designs created by Whitney and Jaiden, to start your summer off the right way! It features matching tees for you and your littles as well as matching swim for the entire family… even dad! And, because this collection was so near and dear to our hearts, I wanted to reach out to Whitney to ask her a few questions about this American Summer drop! Read on to see what she says!

What is your favorite thing about this collection?
I love having unique things to wear for the 4th, and the mommy and me swimsuit options are such a fun option.

How do you feel when you see your designs come to life?
I always have two things run through my mind: Could I have been more creative with that design? And wow, that turned out better than expected.  So, equal parts proud and second guessing my design. But it’s always validating to see people buy the items!

What swimsuit style is your favorite?
I love the one piece swimsuit shockingly. I’ve never been a huge fan of one pieces but the cut of this one piece is so flattering and looks good on every body type.

What’s your favorite mommy and me combo?
I love the mommy and me red cheetah print swimsuits that Ever and I modeled. It’s my favorite print of the collection, and I can’t get over how cute it looks on Ever.
