Fall and Winter Trends 2019
As we gear up for the holidays, Royal + Reese wants to help you put your best fashion foot forward by sharing three trends for the 2019 season that will help you look and feel your absolute best!
Snake Print
Ah snake print…bold, classy, rich and luxurious looking. This print is sure to add a ‘pop’ to any outfit, whether it be by bag, shoe, pants, or top. It has slowly taken fashion by storm. What was once known as a little more of a ‘wild’ and 'risky' print, snake is now found in nearly every boutique and probably has made an appearance in your closet, somewhere. But, if it hasn’t, Royal + Reese has you covered down to the shoes.
You can wear as much or as little snake as you like…but if you’re like me and want a more understated look with just a flair; I love to pair neutrals with a good snake print. It just gives more of a chic look to your outfit and will bring attention to one focal point.

Skirts
Skirts and dresses have become all the rage lately…even with a chunky sneaker! Skirts, specifically patterned skirts such as leopard or anything with a tier or ruffle look absolutely adorable and feminine for any type of event. These can be super transitional depending on the shoe and blouse you pair with them.
Skirts can be worn with a body suit—which can be very slimming, or paired with a button down, or even a lightweight sweater for a comfy, yet cute feel. Throw on a cardigan and pair with some booties and you can wear this look to work. Or, take the cardigan off and wear your favorite heels, making it perfect for date night. Skirts can come in a variety of lengths and styles that are fabulous for the upcoming holiday months. Booties
Shoes are my absolute favorite because my feet are always the same size. Yes, maybe I have to size up or down in some things, but shoe shopping always seems like such a joy! Kait, one of the owners of Royal + Reese and our main buyer does an incredible job at finding fashionable shoes that are usually designer dupes. And the best part? They won’t break the bank.
This year, there are two different types of booties catching everyones’ eye. The first are the Adrienne Booties that we launched this morning. They come in two basic colors: black and tan. They feature a semi pointy toe, a block heel and have a side zip for easy in and out and can be worn with everything from distressed denim and leather leggings to a fun skirt. They can go from dressy to casual, but a staple for any closet!
Then, we have the chicest….Sophia Boots. These are the epitome of class. I would say that these are a bit more dressy than the Adrienne Booties, because they are more dainty looking. They feature a pointy toe, shorter and thinner heel, and have simple detail with a zipper for easy on and off. These can be worn with denim, but look their ultra best paired with leather leggings, skirts, or dresses.
