Customers have 14 days from when the order is received to return any items that are unwashed + unworn and are in the original condition the items were sent in. Returns will receive an R+R shop credit back if the customer decides to return any items from their order. If your return is received back within 7 days, we will refund your return shipping cost**

We also now offer an instant gift card option, so if you would like to get your credit quickly, you can select the instant gift card option and an email will be sent to you with a code for the return amount to use right away! If you have multiple returns in-transit coming back to us, you may not be able to select instant credit as an option until we receive the pending returns**

We also updated the returns policy:

We now offer a pre-paid label upfront for the customer to send back returns. Upon us receiving your items, we will deduct the postage cost off of the customers return amount.

 Need to return an item? 

 Customers have 14 days to return.

The items that a customer is sending back must be unwashed + unworn.  Post marked items after 14 days of receipt of delivery do not count and will be sent back at the customer's expense. 

How long does a return take?

Once you submit your return, there is now a return approval process that will take anywhere from 2-3 hours if submitted within business hours (8am-5pm CST). If you submit a return outside of business hours, we will process that return promptly on the following business day. From there, you will receive an email with a RMA + and a link to a shipping label and any info pertaining to your instant credit or exchange. 

 We ask that all items are in original condition, meaning:

  • Items are in original packaging with identifying barcode attached
  • Item is unwashed and unworn
  • If you are returning shoes, please do not send them back in just the shoe box. We require that customers ship the shoe box inside a shipping box.

**If the item is not returned in the condition it was sent to you, we reserve the right to decline the return and will be sent back at the customer's expense. 

Need to Exchange an item? 

Simply just select "exchange" while processing your return. From there you can select a different color or size and our system will then place a new order for you for the new size or color of the item you want instead. We only honor up to one exchange per item. If the exchanged item you receive does not work for you, your only option at that point is to return. If the item is sold out that you are wanting to exchange, you can either pick a different item you'd like instead or return the item for a shop credit towards something else. Return shipping is covered the first time on all even exchanges**

 Damages :

While we try to carefully inspect every item for flaws before sending it to you, there may be times there are damages to the item. In these cases, we ask that you email customerservice@royalandreese.com with a picture of the damage + the order number, so we can better take care of you!
