Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We will return your items for shop credit within 30 days of purchase. We do not do any cash refunds. We ask that all items are in original condition, meaning:
*Tags are still on the item
*Item is unwashed and unworn

To return an item, simply visit https://www.royalandreese.com/pages/returns.

While we try to carefully inspect every item for flaws before sending it to you, there may be times there are damages to the item. In these cases, we ask that you email customerservice@royalandreese.com with a picture of the damage so we can better take care of you.  We must be notified of damages within 30 days of purchase or we are not able to process a damage after that point.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns from international orders due to shipping costs. All items shipped internationally will be marked "FINAL SALE" for this reason.

***PLEASE NOTE: items from our last chance collections purchased with a last chance discount will be marked "FINAL SALE" meaning they cannot be returned. You will be charged for any and all shipping costs incurred to us if you return them and we have to send them back*** 

Q: Do I pay for return shipping?

A: Yes, you will pay to ship the item back to us. This is the standard process in the retail industry. So once you print the address label, please be sure to secure postage before shipping.  If the package arrives and does not have enough postage on it, the package will be refused and shipped back at the customer's expense.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We only ship within the United States.  The cost to ship and do returns outside of the states has not proven to be cost effective for the customer or us.

Q: What products can I use the VIP20 discount code on?

A: the discount code is applicable to all full priced items.  It excludes, accessories, candles, deal of the days and last chance items.

Q: Can we pick up our order?
A: We no longer offer local pickup.  With the volume of orders that we receive it's not feasible for us to provide it.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We are not able to cancel any orders.  It is a very manual process to catch an order that was placed incorrectly and due to the volume of orders that we receive, we are not able to cancel an order.


Q: What are your leggings made of?
A: Our leggings are made of 96% polyester and 4% spandex.  We do have some that are 95% cotton and 5% spandex as well.  Be sure to check the product listing for the exact fabric content.  The care tags will also specify the content.

Q: Are your products made in the U.S.?
A: Absolutely! All of our children's designs are picked by our Royal + Reese team, then sewn by our sewing studio that is made up of professional seamstresses that have been working in the industry 30+ years and all our tshirts are screenprinted locally. Our women's clothes are mainly wholesaled but we try to pick as many wholesalers that are made in the USA as well.

Q: How quickly will I get my order?
A: We are a ready to ship boutique. We have our entire inventory on hand. So from the time you order it we will ship it out within 3 business days of your order, unless otherwise stated in the listing that it is a pre-order. 

Q: Do you accept exchanges?
A: If your item does not fit, you can exchange the item for another piece of equal or lesser value.  You can initiate the exchange on our website www.royalandreese.com and click on returns.  That will give you an option for exchange.

Q. Can I return or exchange a free piece? 

A. We do not allow returns or exchanges on free pieces.  Since the item was sent to you as a free gift, shipping has already been incurred to mail the item, so we are not able to ship another piece for free.  

Q: What if my item is defective?
A: If your item is defective, please contact us immediately at customerservice@royalandreese.com and provide a photo of the defective item.  Defects do have to be brought to our attention within 30 days or purchase and before the item is washed or worn.  

Q: Can I upgrade my shipping?
A: We do not have an option for expedited shipping.  We ship everything through USPS and depending on weight, it will ship first class or priority.

Q: Do you wholesale your products?
A: We do not wholesale our product.  We are only an online retailer.

Q: Do you offer internships?
A: We have an internship program that we offer to college students every semester.  The internship is unpaid but we offer a variety of experience and jobs during the internship term. If you are interested in this exciting program, please email us at customerservice@royalandreese.com

Q: What form of payments do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards.  You can also pay through Apple Pay and Paypal.

Q: Are you sold in any stores?
A: No, we are only available online.

Q: Will my items shrink?
A: The T-shirts are not pre-shrunk. You can expect minor shrinking.  We recommend drying on low heat.  The leggings typically run a little longer but with the fabric content we don't see shrinking with them due to the polyester spandex blend.  

For women's items, we would always suggest following the care label but washing on cold and hang drying is the most common practice amongst our staff and we've seen no issues with shrinking.  

Q: Where can I find your sizing?
A: On every listing, we provide a size chart.  We try our best to have as much detail about the item as possible so you can get a good idea of how it fits. On all of our women's items, we have listed the fit of the item and also the model fit so you can see how tall and what size each person is wearing.

A: We do not share our customer list.  We will add you to our email list to keep you informed of new arrivals, sales, announcements, etc.
