Our Favorite Booties
Posted on November 19 2019
After checking out Alyssa’s video on Royal + Reese about styling booties, I wanted to throw my two cents in and tell you what MY favorite booties are from R+R. To be honest, I was at Nordstrom a couple of months ago, looking through their shoe department at the new fall booties and nothing at that time tripped my trigger. I was walking amongst booties I had already had that hurt my feet AND ones that were over $120 dollars…money that I didn’t really want to spend feeling luke warm about boots.
Fast forward to last week, where I finally made my way into Headquarters at
Royal + Reese and there I was able to try on and wear around some of the booties we had, for the photoshoot. Here are my favorites.
Sophia Booties: Not only do these have a side zip for easy on and offs, they have a dainty heel that isn’t hard to walk in. These come in three colors: snake, faux black suede, and white. The Sophia Booties also have a semi pointy toe and these can dress up any outfit! White booties have been all the rage this year and these are beautiful at a price point that won’t break the bank. Personally, I’m a little more understated so I’m loving the black. I like to pair them with a cuff black jean, just to show a little ankle and a blousy top.
Serene Booties: Okay, these are a staple for your closets, ladies! These are faux suede booties and they come in two lovely colors: taupe and black. They go with virtually anything and you can dress them up or down. They have a block heel and they’re easy to walk in and guess what… they’re comfortable! I love these because they go well with dark denim, light denim, or even distressed. Perhaps paired with a cardigan? These are good everyday wears!
Lastly, I’m going with Alyssa on this one: the Adrienne Booties. Swooooooon. Like she states, they have a taller shaft so you can wear them easier when showing off your legs with a dress or skirt and they still look adorable. These also have beautiful elastic stitching which gives them just an extra bit of detail to dress up the show, along with gold hardware that helps make these pop! They are on the taller side, but after wearing them for awhile, they didn’t even bother my feet. They come in two fabulous colors and look amazing on!
The best part about all these booties is that they’re all under $60 dollars and the wear is great on them. So, if you’re in the need for some booties, pop over to our shoe collection! Check out the video to see how Alyssa has styled them!
